Bill Bennett Bill Bennett is a retired AT&T executive with thirty years experience in telecommunications. He has been coaching executives and their teams since 1997. Bill is a graduate of Coach University, a Master Certified Coach, and a Certified Professional Behavior and Values Analyst. He has co-designed and delivered leadership development programs with a variety of clients. Bill serves as the Chief Operations Officer of The McNeill Group.

Bill resides in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
Jane Lawson Jane Lawson's career as a Business and Executive Development Coach is a natural evolution of 25 years experience in sales, operations, marketing and management development. As CEO and owner of a $5,000,000 Corporate Travel Management company for over 14 of those years, she is intimately experienced in the multitude of challenges in the lives of people in leadership positions. In 1990, Jane sold her company and shifted her career path from developing business to developing people. Over the past 16 years, Jane has partnered with hundreds of entrepreneurs and executives who are committed to their own personal and professional success. Her focus is on behavioral coaching as it relates to personal and professional leadership while maximizing results for her clients and their organizations.

Dan McNeill Dan McNeill founded The McNeill Group in 1994 and has over 17 years experience as an executive coach and 21 years experience in sales & marketing and sales & marketing management. Dan is a Certified Master Coach and serves as CEO of The McNeill Group. Prior to forming TMG, Dan was co-founder and a principal of McNeill and Collins, a cultural transformation consulting company that worked with large organizations like AT&T, IBM, Florida Power & Light, Philadelphia Power & Light, Lucent Technologies and others. Dan’s own executive experience was with high-tech firms, both entrepreneurial ventures - in which he helped grow one company from $1 million to $60 million in sales in less than four years - and multi-billion dollar corporations. Dan was one of the pioneers of the then emerging field of Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CADCAM), including its application in engineering and construction firms. Dan completed a five year tour of duty in the United States Air Force, which included one year of electronics, radar and communication equipment training and four exciting years at Cape Kennedy. He received his BS in Mathematics, Philosophy, Business Administration and English from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and his Masters degree in Business Management from Florida State University’s School of Business.

Dan is a Certified Coach in Life Planning (World Institute for Life Planning) and a Certified Master Coach (International Coaching Federation).

Dan resides in Poway, California with his wife, Brenda.
Fehrunnisa Moore Fehrunnisa Moore has fifteen years of being a trusted advisor in the hi-tech and healthcare corporate environments. As an executive coach, her clients value the constructive insights and rigor she brings to their leadership development process. Fehrunnisa specializes in developing high potentials, on-boarding new hires for success, and utilizing assessments for enhancing self awareness in support of sustainable behavioral change. Fehrunnisa was an athletic coach for ten years prior to shifting her focus to executive and team performance. She has an honors degree in Human Performance with a specialization in stress management. She sustains the highest level credential from the International Coach Federation (the MCC, Master Certified Coach) since 2001, is a Professional Behavioral and Values Analyst (DISC and PIAV), and certified in both the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, (MBTI) and Hogan Leadership Forecast assessments.

Michele Parrish Michele Parrish is an executive coach and consultant who specializes in leadership and organizational development, culture, change management, relationships, and career management. As a leader and manager with 15 years of business experience in the high technology field, Michele has helped hundreds of individuals and teams break through barriers and achieve their goals. Michele holds two masters degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, one in management and one in materials science engineering. She received her undergraduate degree in industrial engineering at the University of Michigan. Michele is a graduate of several corporate and community leadership programs and is the co-creator of the C.O.R.E. leadership model. Michele is certified in coaching by the International Coaching Federation and is a member of the Relationship Coaching Institute.

She is a Certified Executive Coach and Professional Behavior and Values Analyst (DISC and PIAV). She serves on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association and is an active member and mentor of the Network of Executive Woman.

Nicholas Bauman Nicholas Bauman brings to Executive Coaching a background in psychology, university teaching, organizational training and development and more than 25 years experience in international business management and leadership. Nicholas has proven experience growing small businesses, he has a multicultural perspective and is bilingual in Spanish and English. He is a graduate of both Coach University and Corporate Coach University.

Scott Day Scott Day has been an executive and business coach since 1999. He comes to The McNeill Group with nine years corporate management experience as a Division Manager with State Farm Insurance Company during his fifteen year career there before retiring. Scott currently coaches dental teams in creating profitable practices and in building an office environment where communication comes with ease. He has worked with Robbins Research International, a leader in human development, and is a Professional Behavior and Values Analyst (DISC and PIAV), and a TriMetrix™ Talent Systems Analyst. Scott has a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Law Degree from the University of Toledo. As a speaker, consultant and coach, Scott always gets the desired result.

Gayla Doucet Gayla Doucet combines her extensive management, training, facilitation and talent assessment expertise to deliver insightful Executive Coaching. Her career in IT and talent management services includes industry giants IBM Canada, Adecco Employment Services (formerly Adia), and Target Training International Ltd. Gayla is a Coach University graduate and professionally certified by the International Coach Federation. Her credentials include: Certified Professional Behavioral and Values Analyst, TriMetrix® Certified, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Qualified, NLP Practitioner, and Axiology Consultant in Good Standing with the Robert S. Hartman Institute.

Micheal Ehling Michael Ehling is an executive coach who works with leaders for whom business-as-usual is simply no longer acceptable. Mike applies a balance of practical business know-how with deeper insights from many disciplines. Clients appreciate his ability to quickly understand them personally, as well as their business challenges, and his ability to help them put insights to immediate, practical use. Mike holds a B. S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and spent 12 years in enterprise-scale software consulting, sales, and marketing. He is a graduate of the corporate coaching program at Coach Inc. and has been coaching since 1999. He is a certified expert in the use of several business and leadership assessment tools.   • Patricia A. Thomas Patricia A. Thomas (Pat) achieved significant success as an executive with AT&T for 20 years, and retired as Regional Vice President for Consumer Services. Her coaching of executives and their organizations focuses on the technology of transformation. In addition to her work as a coach, Pat is a speaker, writes columns for business publications on business coaching topics, including the online magazine, Pat was named one of "The Best Coaches In America" by Sky Radio, and was interviewed for airline audiences worldwide.     Robert Haas Tobey Robert “Haas” Tobey, PhD, blends his background in science, research and business with his fascination for learning and healing to support executives in positive transformation for themselves and their teams. The former Corporate Vice President, Professor and Research Scientist has served as a management consultant to Fortune 500 companies such as Hallmark and Coca Cola. He is a Professional Certified Coach, a Professional Behavior and Values Analyst (DISC and PIAV), and a former School Board President.     Bruce Garver Bruce Garver serves as Executive Vice President of The McNeill Group. Bruce spent 38 years on Wall Street in Institutional Sales and Capital Markets at several major investment banks, including seven years at Drexel Burnham Lambert in the high yield bond group. After Drexel, Bruce spent seven years as Senior Vice President in Smith Barney's equity division. He then spent nine years at Jefferies and Company as Managing Director. From 1989 through 1992, Bruce served as Chairman of the Board and part owner of KDGE Radio, Dallas.
