Scott Day has been an executive and business coach since 1999. He comes to The McNeill Group with nine years corporate management experience as a Division Manager with State Farm Insurance Company during his fifteen year career there before retiring. Scott currently coaches dental teams in creating profitable practices and in building an office environment where communication comes with ease. He has worked with Robbins Research International, a leader in human development, and is a Professional Behavior and Values Analyst (DISC and PIAV), and a TriMetrix™ Talent Systems Analyst. Scott has a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Law Degree from the University of Toledo. As a speaker, consultant and coach, Scott always gets the desired result.

Michael Ehling is an executive coach who works with leaders for whom business-as-usual is simply no longer acceptable. Mike applies a balance of practical business know-how with deeper insights from many disciplines. Clients appreciate his ability to quickly understand them personally, as well as their business challenges, and his ability to help them put insights to immediate, practical use. Mike holds a B. Dan McNeill founded The McNeill Group in 1994 and has over 17 years experience as an executive coach and 21 years experience in sales & marketing and sales & marketing management. Dan is a Certified Master Coach and serves as CEO of The McNeill Group. Prior to forming TMG, Dan was co-founder and a principal of McNeill and Collins, a cultural transformation consulting company that worked with large organizations like AT&T, IBM, Florida Power & Light, Philadelphia Power & Light, Lucent Technologies and others. Dan’s own executive experience was with high-tech firms, both entrepreneurial ventures - in which he helped grow one company from $1 million to $60 million in sales in less than four years - and multi-billion dollar corporations. Dan was one of the pioneers of the then emerging field of Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CADCAM), including its application in engineering and construction firms. Dan completed a five year tour of duty in the United States Air Force, which included one year of electronics, radar and communication equipment training and four exciting years at Cape Kennedy. Bruce Garver serves as Executive Vice President of The McNeill Group. Bruce spent 38 years on Wall Street in Institutional Sales and Capital Markets at several major investment banks, including seven years at Drexel Burnham Lambert in the high yield bond group. After Drexel, Bruce spent seven years as Senior Vice President in Smith Barney's equity division. He then spent nine years at Jefferies and Company as Managing Director. From 1989 through 1992, Bruce served as Chairman of the Board and part owner of KDGE Radio, Dallas.
